I work from home with a press and a large serving spoon, I only use the press for large ares of colour, the rest I print by hand with the spoon, all of my editions are small and none of the prints are exactly the same as the process is very hands on and small differences always happen.

I started printmaking in the mid 90’s and have taught myself the techniques I use. I have in the past done many prints of landscapes and trees, in both wood and lino, but my main interest is in animals and birds,

We lived in Somerset in the UK and while there I entered a print each year in the Bath Victoria gallery and one year I won the Bath Printmakers prize with a print of hunting dogs.

I had a one woman exhibition in Frome, Somerset and since returning to Australia I have had eight one woman shows.
